Discaf

Discaf is a Spanish company dedicated to the manufacture and sale of machinery for the coffee industry, from components to gourmet stores to complete and automatic installations, which are offered to the roasters of coffee and dried fruits.

This Spanish firm is located in the area belonging to the town hall of Sabadell, just 18 kilometers from the city of Barcelona, where it has an industrial building at the service of all its operational areas. Its manufacturing plant has incorporated continuous innovations and improvements in processes and controls which include the most modern and advanced technologies for the sole purpose of complying with its policy of work: to offer its customers the most advanced and innovative machines in the world of coffee.
To achieve this Discaf works based on the combination of values such as quality, innovation, guaranty, confidence and security, so that their customers get a commitment for permanent improvements backed by youth and dynamism that characterizes the team of the company.

A full range
Currently, Discaf offers its customers one of the most comprehensive ranges of the market, which includes roasters of natural and roasted coffee, modular silos of green and roasted coffee, pneumatic transport of green coffee, scales and dispensing tanks, grinders cutters and rollers, store removers, elevator of buckets, roasted coffee mixers, auger feed elevator, ground coffee degassing silos, silos on packaging facilities or complete and automat plants.
The lasted product offered by the company consists of a roller grinder with micrometer adjustment for adjusting the grinding of coffee by a single steering wheel and a digital display. Moreover, a new model of mixed roaster -fully automatic- for natural and roaster coffee that incorporates 25 programs of individual roasting is being made and developed by Discaf.  

During the last five years events of great importance have taken place for Discaf, but the most important is the attendance and participation in trade fairs, including all editions of the competitions of the International Salon of Packaging (Hispack) and also the specific international fairs in the coffee sector organized by the American magazine “Coffee & tea” being present in major cities such as Vienna, Amsterdam or Barcelona. Thanks to this outreach, the company has managed to increase its market share (both in Spain and elsewhere) and that mark DISCAF is recognized in the coffee sector by more companies.
The future Discaf projects are to maintain its policy of continuous improvement, a line that is focussed to the constant search for better achievements which provide maximum satisfaction to the costumers and make sure a better way of life with  less physical effort, provided by the innovative automatic Systems of the machines.
